FEMININE ANCESTORS

A creative and embodied workshop exploring our feminine lineage

What is it?

Feminine Ancestors is a creative and embodied workshop inviting us to explore our relationship with the women who came before us.

Through movement, drawing and writing, we will create a space to listen to the memories held in our bodies and explore the ways in which the experiences, stories, strengths, beliefs and patterns of the women in our lineage may live on in us.

Movement becomes a way of accessing what the body remembers. Through drawing and writing, we give shape and voice to what emerges.

You don't need to know your family history in detail. This is not about reconstructing a genealogy, but about connecting with the feminine lineage that lives within us through the body, imagination and creative expression.

What will we do?

During the workshop, we will use movement, drawing and writing as ways of exploring and expressing our connection with our feminine lineage.

We will move to listen to the body and to explore the memories and sensations it may hold.

We will draw what emerges, allowing images and forms to appear without needing to know beforehand what they mean.

And we will write to give words and voice to what wants to be expressed.

Throughout the process, we may encounter questions such as:

  • What qualities, stories or patterns may have travelled through the generations?

  • What do I want to honour, keep or carry forward?

  • What might I want to leave behind or transform?

There is no need to draw "well" or to write in any particular way. No artistic experience is required.

Who is it for?

This workshop is for women who feel curious about their feminine lineage and about the stories, patterns, strengths and memories that may have been passed down through generations.

It is for you if you feel drawn to explore where you come from through your body and through creative expression — and to discover how this can inform who you are and who you want to become.

You don't need to have a close relationship with your family, know the women who came before you, or have a particular family story. You are welcome exactly as you are.

What can you expect?

A small, intimate space to slow down, move, create and listen inwardly.

You can expect guided movement, drawing and writing practices, moments of stillness, and space to follow your own process.

There is no right or wrong way to experience the workshop, and you will never be expected to share anything you don't want to share.

Come with curiosity rather than with a finished idea of what you are supposed to discover.

Workshops testimonials

"After years of emotional disconnection that had started to show up in my body, joining the workshop was a turning point. I connected with feelings I didn’t even know were there. I began to feel like the protagonist of my own life, and to make important decisions from a more conscious place.

Each session felt like a release—a deep process held with the care, respect, and calm presence that Verónica brings.

Reconecta workshop was a deeply transformative experience. Vero guided us with clarity, empathy, and sensitivity, using creative tools like movement and artistic expression that allowed me to connect with my emotions in a powerful and revealing way.

It was a journey inward—healing and enriching.

The safe space that was created allowed me to explore and express myself freely, without judgment. Sharing with others fostered a meaningful sense of community. In short: a powerful experience of self-exploration and emotional healing."

Esteban

"I was looking for a way to explore myself through the body—beyond words—something more instinctive. This workshop changed my life on many levels. It allowed me to connect with my emotions in a deep, authentic way, and sharing that in community created a strong sense of tribe, with no judgment—just presence and empathy.

It felt like taking a picture of my soul: what wants to be seen and expressed. Each session moves me and reminds me that self-discovery also involves listening to what’s most hidden. The body has so much to say… and now I have tools to keep asking."
