In just one online individual session, I got to know me better. Veronica is wonderful, she guided and accompanied me while discovering myself. 

After years of emotional disconnection that had started to show up in my body, joining the workshop was a turning point.

This workshop changed my life on many levels. It allowed me to connect with my emotions in a deep, authentic way, and sharing that in community created a strong sense of tribe, with no judgment—just presence and empathy.

Vero offers a truly powerful tool. It helps uncover information stored deep within our unconscious—things that are often very hard to access through logic.

It’s not about digging into your traumas. It’s about discovering how you genuinely react, beyond learned behaviors, expectations, and ideas of who you think you should be. The insights it provides are incredibly valuable and can be genuinely life-changing.

Reconecta workshop was a deeply transformative experience. Vero guided us with clarity, empathy, and sensitivity, using creative tools like movement and artistic expression that allowed me to connect with my emotions in a powerful and revealing way. It was a journey inward—healing and enriching.

In came back for a second session because I realized I  had a lot of fears about the future.

It was fantastic. Once again, I not only gained a deeper understanding of myself, but I also experienced a shift in perspective. Since then, I’ve felt much freer.

Each session felt like a release—a deep process held with the care, respect, and calm presence that Verónica brings. 

​The safe space that was created allowed me to explore and express myself freely, without judgment. Sharing with others fostered a meaningful sense of community.

​It felt like taking a picture of my soul: what wants to be seen and expressed. Each session moves me and reminds me that self-discovery also involves listening to what’s most hidden.

From now on, whenever I’m faced with an important decision or sense that something isn’t quite right, even if I can’t pinpoint the reason, I know who I can turn to for clarity.

I’m incredibly grateful that life crossed my path with Vero’s and gave me the opportunity to experience this work. It has been truly transformative.

It was an incredible experience. I gained clarity, learned valuable things about myself, and, most surprisingly, I left feeling grateful for an emotion I had always seen as negative. From then on, I was finally able to reconcile with myself.
