*This is a space dedicated to introspection and self-care, therefore, moms must attend alone.

*Each workshop is independent from the others, so you can attend one, several or all of them.

Attending all is recommended for a deeper experience.

*No artistic or movement knowledge is required.

WORKSHOP FOR MOMS

to navigate the identity change in motherhood.

FOR: Moms who feel lost or unfamiliar with themselves, as well as moms who wish to reconcile the different identities they carry within themselves every day.

​

WHEN: From January to March, a monthly meeting to explore who we are now and find resources to deconstruct and reconstruct our identities during MATRESCENCE, through movement and the arts**.

WHERE: SUSI Intercultural Women’s Center, Innsbruckstrasse 58, 10825 BERLIN &

TIME: Tuesdays, 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

​

DATES: January 28, February 25, and March 25 (SPANISH); February 11 and March 11 (ENGLISH).

PRICE: 30€ per session (20€ reduced); 50€ for two sessions; 70€ for three sessions (payment in two installments possible).
